Because product integrity cannot be verified after delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have left our facility.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears incorrect, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the package and contents, and keep all original packaging while we review the issue.

Product condition and information

Please review product information, instructions, and warnings before purchase. We cannot offer refunds based on a customer’s intended use, handling methods, storage conditions, or use outside the product’s stated instructions.

Order cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We may be able to cancel an order before fulfillment begins; once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
